Day 2 – Hangzhou Chongwen Experimental School

Damper making: students learnt about Aboriginal Bush tucker, then had a go at making their own more modern version. Students worked in small groups to make damper that was flavoured with a choice of cheese, carrot, chocolate or sultanas. Students had to mix and kneed the dough by hand which was a brand new experience for some. Lots of fun for all!
